Curriculum (8 Weeks)

Week 1: Aviation & travel industry overview, IATA/ICAO codes, geography, airport & airline codes
Week 2: Reservation basics—schedules, availability, booking classes, passenger types, SSR/OSI
Week 3: PNR creation & management—names, contacts, segments, time limits, queues
Week 4: Fare basics—fare rules, taxes, surcharges, pricing logic & common errors
Week 5: Ticketing process—e-ticketing, issuance, invoicing, itinerary presentation
Week 6: After-sales services—revalidation, reissue, refunds, exchanges & penalties
Week 7: Customer service & operations—communication skills, sales techniques, travel documentation
Week 8: Revision & final practice—complete booking cases, assessment & interview preparation

Training approach: Short lectures + guided practice + real-world case exercise
